Description

The resort of Cala'n Porter is one of the largest resorts on the south coast of Menorca, perched on the high cliffs overlooking the bay and the beach area. The beach is very large and is protected by the cliffs, so is a wonderful place to sunbathe during the summer months. 

Cala'n Porter is very popular with British tourists, so property investment here has risen considerably in recent years.  There is a good selection of shops and supermarkets for groceries, although the shops do tend to focus more on souvenirs. 

There is very little Menorcan character or tradition associated with Cala’n Porter, but if you are simply looking for somewhere to spend a fun holiday on a regular basis, then this is an ideal resort in which to buy a home.

Property for sale in Cala’n Porter

Private villas cover the entire east side of Cala’n Porter, with developments taking place all the time.  The west side, however, remains undeveloped.  Property prices here are at a premium.  A five bedroom villa in Cala’n Porter, in a front line position with sea views, will usually cost in excess of €2m.
